CONFERENCE FEE

The fee includes all technical sessions and lunches, abstracts volume and conference proceedings. Welcome cocktail on sunday evening, social event on monday evening and the conference dinner on tuesday are also covered.


Early registration & payment		Before January 31^st, 2009

Late registration & payment		From February 1^st, 2009 to March 1^st,2009
	All except students	600 €

Registration will be closed between 1^st and 8 ^th of March

On-site registration & payment (only cheque & credit card) Pre-registration is strongly recommended. We cannot guarantee to provide those who will register on-site, even for the entire workshop's duration, with the abstracts volume, lunches and conference dinner.

REFUND POLICY
In case of cancellation of your participation before 8^th of march : if payment has not yet been cashed (check & credit card), the applicant must send a letter or fax (no-email) to request the cancellation of participation & payment. The letter should clearly state the applicant's name, if payment has already been cashed, there will be no refund.
