| POSTER PRESENTATIONS |
| The poster session will be held on |
| Tuesday March 7, 2006 from 5 to 7pm |
| A board, size 1m wide and 2m height will be available for each poster. |
| Poster boards will be numbered and exact location of each poster will be indicated. |

| ORAL PRESENTATIONS |
| Time allocated for presentations |
| - Invited talks: 30min (including 5min discussions) |
| - Regular oral presentations: 20min (including 5min discussions) |
|
| Presentation equipment |
| In the lecture room the following equipment will be available: |
| - A computer with up-to-date software for Power point presentations, connected to a video projector |
| - Overhead projector for overhead sheets |
| - Microphones |
| - Laserpointers |
|
| In order to avoid delays during session-time, authors are requested to hand over their Powerpoint-presentation to the organisers upon arrival at the workshop. An audiovisual desk will be installed for this purpose. Presentations can be on a CD-ROM or an USB-key. All presentations will be pre-installed on the computer of the lecture room and will be grouped by sessions. |

| We advice presenters to be in the session room well in advance of the start of the session and to introduce themselves to the chair of their session. |
